Lecturers: Ulrike Müller & Nicola Turner
4th-8th August 2014
Working with Nesta’s Creative Enterprise Toolkit and using learning from the Cultural Leadership Programme this practical course enables participants to develop entrepreneurial and creative leadership skills through lectures, group discussions, international case studies, exercises and individual work as well as experiential group activities and informal peer support.
Sessions cover key business issues such as business drivers, intellectual property, blueprint and relationship modelling, contracts, marketing and key financial and leadership concepts, which are then put into practice in group activities and individual exercises. A high level of group interactivity creates opportunities to share perspectives and experiences, to support business propositions and creative leadership.
Workshop sessions including lectures, group discussions, international case studies, exercises and individual work as well as experiential group activities and informal peer support.
The International Summer School of Creative Entrepreneurship is a programme sponsored by the European Regional Development Fund of the Berlin Senate Chancellery Cultural Affairs.
